This project consisted of a small addition remodel to an existing home in Pismo Beach offering the owner extra living space while improving the overall architecture in the front and entrance areas of the existing structure.

This remodel project consisted of approximately 425 sqft of habitable space, 528 sqft of garage, and 640 sqft of patio/deck area upstairs. The existing living space was also remodeled to give an open feeling on the inside with multiple windows for better views and natural light on both levels. A Mediterranean and Italian architectural style was also implemented in the design.
