GFH Architecture, Planning & Graphics is currently designing a 23,000-square-foot highway-oriented industrial park on the north end of Atascadero, thoughtfully designed to provide flexible, functional commercial spaces within a cohesive, contemporary architectural setting.
The development features a “phased” development concept utilizing the 2 existing parcels. A modern industrial design is driven by the utilization of a PFMB system, clean architectural lines, generous storefront glazing, and a combination of roll-up garage doors and pedestrian entries.
Perimeter split-face masonry retaining walls are strategically integrated into the site design through thoughtful color selection, accommodating existing grade changes while maintaining consistent building elevations and providing ADA-accessible entry to every unit.
Phase 1 building consists of 5 units; each individual space is equipped with a dedicated restroom, roll-up garage door, and separate pedestrian entrance, offering versatility for a wide range of commercial and light-industrial tenants. Complemented by thoughtfully integrated landscaping, convenient and generous on-site parking, and clearly defined circulation areas for the overall Master Plan.
