A residential beach house remodel of a California contemporary style home including interior design, is located in beautiful Morro Bay, California. The interior remodeling consists of approximately 650 s.f. of interior space (kitchen, master suite, bathroom and closets) along w/restructuring of the garage roof for a new solar array and approximately 450 sf of roof deck with access to the exterior backyard w/a metal spiral stair and adjacent dumbwaiter.
