This 1,200 s.f. two-story custom beach house began as a remodel of an existing vacant home located near the water’s edge in Shell Beach. The design reflects the tight site restraints of designing around a unique large tree on a postage size property lot and the City of Pismo’s local ordinances while meeting with the client’s desires for a unique home that is contemporary yet “soft” in appearance with a feeling of open livability within.
It features a 220 s.f. garage and over 440 s.f. of patio and deck area offering the client optimal views to the Pacific Ocean’s horizon. It also features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
