The Clarion Estates Assisted Living
The Clarion Estates, a 115,000 square foot assisted care facility designed by Gary F. Harcourt, Architect, and built by McCormick Construction, has been recognized with a Community Service Award. The facility is housed in a two-story building separated with 3 area separation walls and doors. Located in Simi Valley, California, the facility features 150+ units with numerous amenities.
Upon entrance, residents and guests will experience a welcome reception desk area surrounded by a grand staircase and accented by a 30-foot long water feature and admin offices. The facility also features multiple conference rooms, a hair salon, a private library with computer stations, an elegant dining room, home theater and family dining rooms for special occasions.
Residents and visitors will discover beautifully landscaped walks and grounds surrounding the facility. The dining room is oriented to enjoy the private grounds and ponds as well as the community activities, offered along the street frontage, with an inviting covered entry area. The architecture is “Mediterranean” complemented with soft arches and ionic columns throughout. What began as the Clarion Estates later transitioned to Vintage Simi Hills. It is currently operating under the name of The Foothills at Simi Valley.
