Dr. Sani's Residence:  A 3,200 s.f. split level and two-story structure design to fit the terrain and oriented towards panoramic views w/pool.

Bundy Residence:  A 2,700 s.f. contemporary style 2-story custom residence. We utilize a hybrid construction system with techniques of earth tempering tubes as a means of cooling throughout the home.

Watson Residence:  A 2,400 s.f. addition to an existing 885 s.f. residence, remodeling all the existing to match the Mediterranean style architecture of the new oriented around a central courtyard with 360 degree views.

Simms Residence:  Approximately 2,400 s.f. of "English Country" style architecture in the foothills overlooking the city. We tucked the garage around the back under the home, taking advantage of the existing slopes.

Pennington Residence: 1,800 s.f. single story custom residence with high vaulted ceilings and expansive windows in living and dining areas flanked on each side with standard construction for the rest of the residence.
